Hubspot puts a tremendous effort in updating their software. So much so, that staying up to date can be a challenge!

Luckily, you can reference these articles with quick links and info on parts of the software that could either help improve part of a process you might not know existed in the software or just keep you informed of the latest updgrades to the platform

So enjoy and get inspired!

1. A New Design for Your Marketing

On your HubSpot Marketing Dashboard, you need easy access to the data that's most relevant to your team, laid out in a way that aligns with your priorities. With that in mind, we're excited to launch brand new design for your Marketing Dashboard that makes it easier than ever to customize your "morning cup of coffee" metrics.

2. Automate Lead Rotation, Task and Deal Creation in Workflows

According to a recent study, sales teams spend less than a third of their time actually selling. The rest is spent on administrative tasks like creating CRM records, logging manual activities, and searching for relevant content to send to leads.

The ability to automate is critical to the development of successful sales organizations. It saves your reps and managers precious bandwidth, enabling them to focus on what’s really important — meeting the needs of their prospects and closing deals.

With three new updates to HubSpot — lead rotation, task creation, and deal creation — you'll spend more time selling and less on busywork.

3. Advanced User Permissions for HubSpot

What it is

Now live is a new set of permissions in HubSpot CRM that enables administrators to more closely manage who can access what within the tool.

As sales teams grow, it becomes more necessary to control access to information. Which team members should be able to add properties and update deal stages? Should everyone be allowed to import and export data? With today’s update, HubSpot CRM empowers sales managers and administrators to get more granular in setting permissions, ensuring that team members are only able to access the information that’s relevant to them.

4. [Now Live] HubSpot - Google AdWords Integration

As of today, our Google AdWords integration is live and available to all customers via the Ads Add-on.

Request a demo of the Ads Add-on to see how Google AdWords integrates in HubSpot.

The Ads Add-On connects directly to your AdWords account through OAuth. Allowing HubSpot to edit AdWords campaigns and pull in ads data to combine with HubSpot data. This magical combination of data gives you the ability to automatically track ad conversions. It also shows you the ROI of ads down to the keyword, as well as which ad clicks turn into customers.

5. New Category for "Paid Social" in Sources

Online ads can play a key role in amplifying Inbound, enabling you to drive increased traffic to landing pages and to get more "bang for your buck" from your content. That said, not all ads are created equal. When it comes to reporting, it's pivotal to be able to slice and dice Search and Social ad campaigns separately, to make the right optimizations for each channel in the future. With today's update, Paid Social has its own home in Sources, making it easier than ever to get granular data on Social ads.
